A freelance country branch line terminus set in the Southern Region in the late 1950s/early 1960s. The layout reverts to a through station as part of a continuous loop when installed at home. At exhibitions the aim is to provide the viewer with traffic movement at all times, be it shunting in the yard or passenger and parcels trains. There is a 5 road fiddle yard turntable at one end.

This layout has now been retired from the exhibition scene.
